Learning to juice greens each and every morning is what quite literally saved my life. The abundant micro-nutrients and alkalinity of greens changed my inner pH balance, restored minerals and helped my liver back to a normal functioning state. The perfect green juice recipe is ultimately up to you, but mine I have tweaked and changed along the way to incorporate those ingredients my own body needed - you can see my own concoction under the recipes or blog tag. Now, it's my daily boost and I cannot start a day without my glass of greens.
